Smoking is not allowed indoors; a monetary penalty will depend on the severity of the incident if a guest smokes indoors. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed, and cigarette butts must be thrown in the trash. Drugs and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. Garbage is picked up on specific days, and guests will be informed the night before to leave trash out from 7 pm onwards for a 7 am pickup the next day.
