If I could give negative stars I would.
They change management like Taylor Swift changes boyfriends.
First and foremost they are lying over the return of my deposit,saying at first it was mailed to the address there,in their complex and now refuse to give me an answer, return or answer my calls or lie. And it has been 3 months of running around them.
They have overflowing dumpsters that they allow people to dumpster dive through... ,and wave at them.
My apartment got infested with roaches spilling over from another tenant, and they knew, we complained and asked for pest control for 3 months, in the end we had to move out temporarily due to the infestation and contact the Tx Department of Housing, before they did anything.
I was yelled at and cussed at by a neighbor for no reason,to the point I was running to my car.
A car in the complex got broken into and the management didnt notify the community we found out through the news.
A neighbor rear ended me busting out my tail light but there are no cameras so they got away with it.

this property is not a good place to stay. they have roaches and don't spray. they don't fix anything also the stole my car and lied about it. it's all about money out here. I wouldn't recommend these apartments

These apartments are gross! I have lived here for about 4 years almost with my mom and sister and the infestation of roaches is the most terrible thing I hate about living here. I get up during the night to use the bathroom and I turn on the bathroom light and all I see on the sink and around the toilet is roaches. Same with the kitchen. I’ll go in there for some water and there’s roaches on the cabinets and on the stove, on the fridge and even in the fridge!! It absolutely sucks and I’m ready... for us to get out of here! Plus I’ve asked around and our neighbors have them too! When we tell the management all they say is that it’s our fault! How is it our fault when they have been here since we moved in?? Read More
