The home's sleeping arrangements are as follows: all bedrooms are on the first floor. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, the third bedroom includes two queen-size beds, and the fourth bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a bunk bed (three beds total). All linens and towels are provided, although pool towels are not included. The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook.
House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of eight or more guests.

Only registered guests are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $500 fine applies for indoor smoking violations, but outdoor smoking is allowed with proper disposal of cigarette butts. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool and kiddie pool are not heated, and the kiddie pool jets are not usable. Two security cameras are installed outside for security, none inside. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 9:00.
