For the second time now, my daughter has dealt with a maggot issue due to days old garbage bags left at the door step of the tenants across the hall from her. Each time, it took multiple communications from both she and myself- and me driving 30 minutes to her apartment- to spur an appropriate response from your management. At that point, the maggots had infiltrated all 4 apartments in that space and my daughter was forced to throw away many valuables due to the infestation in her coat closet… and kitchen. Further, once the maggot bags were removed - she and I worked for HOURS to eradicate the problem without any assistance by the (somewhat aggressive) tenants whose bags were neglected or apartment management.

Not only this, but tenants have dealt with a myriad of other issues- including broken or barely functioning appliances and a flea infestation, among other problems. Due to the poor responsiveness of the maintenance and management team, issues left unresolved for weeks, if at all.

My daughter and her roommates wanted to move out earlier, but lease terms made it impossible for a full time student to afford to do so without unmanageable financial consequence.

Would give 0 stars if I could. AVOID THIS PLACE. I moved out 6 months ago and I got a notice from a debt collector saying I owe money. I call the Forum and they say it's for damages to my counter top (which I wrote in my inventory check) and they said they no longer have my inventory check, convenient huh? But lucky for me, I saved a copy of it before I turned it in so I have proof of my inventory check. Scum bag management to say the least. Also while living there, I was getting outrageous… utility bills. They give you a $30 cap but my electricity WITH the cap was coming out to $60 or so which makes ZERO sense for a 1 bedroom apartment. I currently live in a 1 bedroom elsewhere with NO cap and my bill is around $40. So explain that. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scum bag management at the Forum. Read More

This place is soo expensive and you don't even get what you pay for. So much drugs and gun shootings happen in this complex and parking is so limited. It's not worth the amount you pay for and you could get better elsewhere. I advise you to not waste your money on this complex like I did. The staff is incompetent and just rude.

If you want to be over charged on rent, utilities, and fees for anything then live here. I can't explain enough how much I HATED living here, especially when it came time to pay rent and seeing the utilities bill come. The utilities would always end up to be over $30 each time regardless of how much you tried to conserve energy. The staff is horrible and are not empathetic at all. They are now trying to redo the exterior of the apartment to lure in people to live there. I probably spent an extra… $500 on utilities when it should be covered in rent. They used to have a FB page for residents but it was closed down because of the change of management and the amount of complaints they had on there. Don't live there at all.
