Bugs and broken appliances
Huge roaches and ants even after someone came to spray, stove caught on fire and dishwasher has never worked (he might tell you you're going to get new appliances, he's lying), maintenance will not fix dishwasher because they think we are stupid or something and not using dishwasher soap I guess, they won't even fix a broken drawer; it just needs a new track. Essentially if you live here you will never hear back from David no matter how many messages you leave. Even when you do, good luck... getting anything done, it takes an Act of Congress. Bring a lot of bug spray, you're gonna need it. When we first moved in there was hole in the top of one of the cabinets and he did send someone to patch that up, so that was good. That's pretty much the only issue that's been resolved. We have been having bugs and broken/hazardous appliances since we first moved in several months ago. Other than that it's a good area.

Hey guys, it's David. I just want to apologize for being elusive. I stretched myself thin with all of the different options to reach me and simply wasn't checking my Gmail account, and sometimes Facebook and Nextdoor. I have since acquired some... help in the office and believe I am back on track. I also want to assure you that those appliances were indeed brand new. To our fault though, we did truly fail you with the dishwasher. We couldn't duplicate the problem and ultimately replaced it. Pests have not been a problem throughout the property. I can think of three issues of which the residents will attest to being completely eradicated. Anyways, you were great residents and I apologize for failing you.
