I lived here for a few years, and overall, it was a good experience. The complex isn’t brand new, but maintenance was reliable and always followed through on repairs. Moving out was easy—I made sure to clean, follow the guidelines, and got almost all of my deposit back.

Love oak meadows, maintenance is always taken care of based on urgency. Heater was out in the winter and they were here to fix it as fast as humanly possible. Rent is affordable for the size of the apartments and the management is sincere when taking complaints. Had issues moving in with initial fees with an ESA, otherwise all has been well.

We’ve been living here only a few months but it’s been a great place to live so far! The front office team has always been kind to our family. The maintenance team is always so friendly and normally help us resolve any requests within a couple days. :)

My husband and I have lived at Oak Meadows for almost 3 years now. The management team is great and the maintenance is always quick to respond. I haven’t had any issues with my unit. No pests, appliances are great, ac is brand new and the model is upgraded. Over all I would recommend oak meadows as a great affordable community with lots of support from management.
