Park Place Apartments in Denton....STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX.

When living there it may be fine for a time, howver, the minute a problem arises, management will push everything onto you and try to avoid doing any work whatsoever. They will try to make up rules not documented in leases or addendums. They won't even try to work with you to solve any problems. Maybe they'll take down some notes, but it won't help. AVOID THIS PLACE WHEN LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT.
