Good management
I've lived at this property for about two years, and I never saw a bug in my ground floor apartment. They're very diligent about pest control, changing air filters, updates about any maintenance being performed on the property, and I got my full deposit back at the end. As long as you hold up your end of move out duties, Carol is not there to hold up your deposit
