We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests are allowed. Noise levels are monitored to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations, with a maximum of two cars in the garage and two cars in the driveway.
