Love it

The apartments are beautiful, not to mention the entire complex. The lawns and gardens are always maintained beautifully. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. The neighbors are all nice and it's a quiet, friendly place to live that is close to everything!

Home Sweet Home

Just an overall nice place to call home. It’s a small community which makes it nice. Everyone is like family here. Our property manager is the best! We all take care of each other here! Come check us out!

Quiet and Comfy

I have lived here at Banyan Bay for nearly 5 years. Nice, quiet, comfortable place to call home. It’s an older property but is well maintained. Our property manager is awesome and our maintenance guy is the best! Great place to live! Check it out!
