Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained from the host. Visitors are not permitted on the property without prior approval from the host. Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability. Pricing is based on the first 8 guests; after the initial 8 guests, there is a $50/night fee for overnight guests and a $25/day fee for day guests.
