Las Violetas Town Home Apartments

We recently signed our third annual lease with Davina at Las Violetas because we're extremely happy and comfortable living here. It's a quiet and safe community where we know many of our neighbors. Management and maintenance are available, helpful and attentive; always quick to respond. Yes, loud noises may be heard through the walls at times but, it's an apartment community, what does one expect? I recommend looking into Las Violetas if you plan to call a rental property home!!

My husband and I have had the most wonderful experience with Davina. She has the most welcoming energy. I found the apartments online and automatically knew I wanted to live here, because of the wonderful location and floor plan. I called to get information and Davina was fantastic at explaining the process and answering every question I had. When we applied for the apartment she mentioned she would get a washer and dryer for us, my husband and I were thinking it would take forever due to bad... past landlords that would take forever, but when we signed and got into our apartment she already had them installed. I’m someone who has a hard time living in certain places due to my anxiety but this place is the best. It is somewhere where I actually feel comfortable living in. Manager is friendly and always attending to tenants needs like maintenance. Man I love the maintenance here cause they always come early and on time when they tell you, never giving the run around. many places I’ve lived in before they take a month or 2 to even get in contact with you. No, they are always in time and answers you quick... . It’s a plus neighbors AREN’T always partying. Since I work nights I don’t have that trouble. Quiet neighborhood. When looking into this property, you'll be immediately greeted by the wonderful property manager, Davina. Las Violetas is a quiet and friendly residence and the townhomes are spacious and well-kept. Any and all concerns are quickly addressed by management. I must say that maintenance staff is awesome as well! Ultimately, Las Violetas is an exceptional property and I highly recommend it to all.

Apartments are old and not maintained well. Management does the bare minimum in maintenance by just painting over obvious defects. Infrastructure of the apartments were poorly kept which led to a disaster when Hurricane Hanna hit. Multiple units had severe water damage and several ceilings collapsed. Floors are often uneven as the tiles bulge upwards or dip downwards and makes you feel like you're walking on gravel. A/C units can barely push out enough BTUs to cool the place efficiently so... expect to always pay more than a $100 on energy for a small space. Read More
