Doesn’t give deposit back

Place is great. Problem is that they say they check credit and prefer families, yet college students were our neighbors and they were loud. Also we cleaned and fixed any defects that happened in the almost 4 years that we were there. Stopped responding to our phone calls and promised he would Zelle us our deposit money. Never did. Horrible service in that end.
