University Manor Apartments

The good thing ... the areas are wide and there is no plague problem, the place is quiet and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The bad thing ... if there is a leak in the roof or any other problem ... it will take centuries to attend to it and you have to be calling all the time to come and do not leave it the same. There is mold almost everywhere, windows, bathrooms.

These apartment complexes are in terrible conditions. The management 'supposedly' sends the exterminator to fumigate every month and i think they spray with water because of every person that i know has had a bad roach problem. I had mold in my ceiling and they spray painted on top of it and declared it fixed. I always paid my rent on time and never had any pets or people over. I mean i would literally just go there to sleep and my deposit was not given back because they wanted to use it to... paint the apartment for the next occupant. The people here never fix anything and when they do its super slowly. the pool is never open and when it is its only for a few hours then they kick you out and get mad if you dont get out even if its before the closing time. the people in the front want you to talk to them with respect but dont treat any of the people there with respect they are rude and i would not recommend living here at all

The staff is terrible they never help they never fix anything, they never clean the pool and when they do they don't open it. If you ask them to fix something expect it to take about a month for them to do anything. Please look for smother apartment

It's a very nice place to live and school is across the street but they need to fix the ceiling and air conditioner because they leak a lot and when you tell them the problem they will ignore you.
