I loved living here!

I lived here a year and I really did love it! Neighbors are mostly quiet, and they have tenant only parking. The wood floors were so nice and I really enjoyed being gated!

As for maintenance, the landlady was pretty good about it! I loved living here so much I’m hoping to return one day, haha. Definitely recommend!! :)

Great location and management

Lived here for a couple of years and loved being centrally located to everything (I was able to walk to stores, UTEP, grocery, downtown, etc). Management was very helpful. Would recommend.
