We have lived at Bella Estancias for the last 3 years. Thank you Bella Estancias for creating such a beautiful community for my family. This property is well maintained. Jennifer, the property manager and Niko, the office staff is friendly and very attentive. Maintenance is quick and efficient. We plan on staying for awhile.

Glad to be back home in El Paso after 18 years. I have enjoyed the peace and hospitality. My maintenance issues are and have been addressed in a timely manner. I love the flooring and high ceilings. I'm comfortable in my apartment. Thank you.

The apartments look nice from the outside. the upkeep is atrocious they don't service the A/C yearly. poor job making the apartment ready to move in. Every other month something beak down and need maintenance attention. we have been without a/c for almost 2 weeks without resolution. yet they still place notice to vacate on the door demanding 2nd half of the rent payment. when the appliances break when management act/insinuate as if we don't know how to operate the appliances instead of fixing... it correctly in the first place.
