My room had black mold that was spreading everywhere, and they never fixed it. Never got my deposit back when everything was in perfect condition from how i got it to how i left it. Gate is always broken and hits your car.

When we first moved it management was good, maintenance was timely, and communication was very effective. I tried to renew my lease at the time new management came in and then things went south. They sent me to collections???

I moved in about a month ago more or less I have to say the office personnel, maintenance, and the property itself is amazing. I am truly very happy the apartment is beautiful very well kept up with and the service is prompt and efficient. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to call home!
