SPECIAL HIDDEN GEM ON THE WEST SIDE!!

My family, and I have lived at Coronado Springs for many years and we feel very much at home here. This property is truly special! The apartments are in a beautiful neighborhood near the Franklin Mountains on the westside. This is a cozy quiet place with your own personal parking space steps from your front door! These 3 bed room, 2 bath units are spacious with updated amenities. I love the open floor plan, the huge walk in closets, as well as the laundry room. The views from this property are... stunning, and the private outdoor walking trail is so nice. This place is truly a gem! The property manager, and maintenance staff are kind, and respectful. They are very helpful, and wonderful at getting any necessary repairs done within a short period of time. I'm very happy living here, this is home sweet home!

Wonderful Place To Live!

My family and I spent 7 wonderful years at Coronado Springs. The complex is tucked away and quiet but with quick access to shopping and the freeway. There is a beautiful landscaped dog park with a walking trail that overlooks the city. There are wild animals that pass through, such as deer, fox, and squirrels that you can view from your front door! The units are stylish and feature high ceilings, fans in every room, spacious closets, and beautifully tiled bathrooms. Make Coronado Springs your... new home and you'll love it as I did!

Great place!

Beautiful open and spacious apartments. Maintenance and management super friendly and communicative. Any issues resolved quickly. Great location to go on walks and away from busy streets.
