A great start

Melisa in the front office has been nothing short of amazing, kind, and so professional! Fixed windows that needed replacing, in an incredibly timely manner, anything that has needed to be fixed or renovated has been done with great speed and professionalism!

Have always lived on the west side, this has been home for us for the past two years. Amazing place. Units are new or seem to be from how well kept they are. Maintenance requests are rare if at all, maybe once or twice in our time here. They come to change the air filter every season for the AC. Managers have been great, always there if we needed them, again very rare. Usually just to ask if they have anything available for friends or family. Pool area is great. Really is a great complex, lucky… to be here.

SPECIAL HIDDEN GEM ON THE WEST SIDE!!

My family, and I have lived at Coronado Springs for many years and we feel very much at home here. This property is truly special! The apartments are in a beautiful neighborhood near the Franklin Mountains on the westside. This is a cozy quiet place with your own personal parking space steps from your front door! These 3 bed room, 2 bath units are spacious with updated amenities. I love the open floor plan, the huge walk in closets, as well as the laundry room. The views from this property are… stunning, and the private outdoor walking trail is so nice. This place is truly a gem! The property manager, and maintenance staff are kind, and respectful. They are very helpful, and wonderful at getting any necessary repairs done within a short period of time. I'm very happy living here, this is home sweet home!
