Crosspointe Apartments

The ladies who work in the front office are very rude! They act very nice when you come and view an apartment and sign your lease but after that they show their true colors. They make it their duty to fine their residents for every single meaningless violation that they can (side note make sure you actually read the lease because you will see they can literally fine you for almost anything) not only do they actively hunt for violations they also wrongfully accuse people of violations without… even verifying if they are actually fining the correct person! Not only that but the property has been covered in trash because they do not have enough trash bins so it smells and it’s dirty. Lastly when you complain to management they do nothing and when you ask to talk to the owners they tell you good luck because there is no record anywhere of who owns the property or who to contact other than the office lady’s here. For the high price that these apartments cost I recommend highly to take your hard earned money elsewhere where you can feel comfortable in your own home. Read More

It’s comfortable but people play loud music all the time and don’t get told anything.

If I could give this apartment complex a 0 I would. When management changed over it went down hill. We went to visit today to discuss the move out charges Krissina who works in the office said to my face that an appointment with the manager is on her time not ours and doesn’t know when she will have time for us. She refused to give us corporates number and said she could forward our information but do not expect a call back. Nancy the manager was in the office when we arrived and left without… the courtesy of greeting us or making an appointment with her knowing we needed to talk with her. I love my kitchen because its a larger than most kitchen apartments.and the office help are really nice ladies and friendly. and I have a health problem so I have a nice ground floor apt. and close to getting my mail and the office and getting groceries would be a problem if I didn't get to park close to my apartment. Thanks
