The police is always there . There is trash all over the place un healthy. Make sure to take pictures when you move out because they want to charge you for everything new or for things that were damaged before. Be careful also with the manager that’s there she tells you one thing and then says another. Look for something somewhere else that’s worth it. A big mistake to live there they had 4 different managers and then this one that’s there likes to lie so he ceraful. They never give you... corporate number. Its not what it seems and when things get damage save your work orders they seem to misplace things.

Poor
Lived here for 6 months the air conditioning doesnt work well
Everytime there is a problem it is hard to get in contact with the manager and maintenance takes more than a week to show up for urgent issues like a broken toilet.
The property manager keeps getting fired so we dont know who to contact anymore.
