Rude! Terrible management!! We were screwed out of a place.

They charge me a lot of money at the end just so they wouldn’t give me my 500 dollar deposit back I actually ended up owing money. They gave me the apartment gross and with a bad odor, they don’t take care of problems in time and most of the buildings are falling apart. The AC is on when you don’t need it and off when you need it, same for the heater. Don’t recommend at all there are so many more apartments out there.

Since day one everything has been falling apart. Our carpet keeps getting soaked and we don’t even know why the maintenance people keep coming out but there has only been temporary fixes. Our carpet in our bedroom is soaked in a random spot and it reeks of the smell of mildew. The ceiling above my shower has a crack and looks like it’s molding. The carpet has ripped in two places in our apartment just from walking and the door opening and closing. Also, we had an incident the other day where we… closed the bathroom door and it locked . We had to unscrew the knob in order to get in. We switched apartments about a year ago and the manager at the time gave us the wrong address to our new apartment. We ended up having to pay the electric company extra fees for having to come out multiple times. Mail was sent to the wrong address. Also we just bought a grill close to $200. No where in our Initial lease Did it say no grills. But now they’ve decided to change the rules for God knows what and we have to get rid of our grill or else they will charge us extra money. So now we are stuck trying to figure out what to do with the grill because now our money is down the drain. They don’t even care. And don’t think you’re going to get a clean pool in the summer time. The pool is disgusting they clean the pool “once a week”. Which i don’t think they do. This isn’t my first apartment complex. The poolS where I’ve stayed are always clean if it gets dirty it gets cleaned right away. I could go on and on. We can not wait to leave. If anything else happens I will write more. I love the location,I have everything close by. Maintenance is here friendly and they answer emergencies quicker than my last apartments. Apartments are very inexpensive for the space and I never had an issue with management . I recommend it definitely, will be back if I'm ever transferred to El Paso!
