Run!

Do not recommend after 2 years of living here water what shut off almost 2-3 times a month for 5-6 hours for every excuse they had
They keep your deposit for everything
Mold in walls
You have to pay for your own parking
Because if you don’t your always left with out parking and have to park 2-3 buildings away
They also have swamp coolers I had to buy 2 window units for the apartment to get fresh in side
also office management once your out not even 2 days moved out sending you a notice that if… you don’t pay the remaining balance of water they will send you to collection
LIKE NOT EVEN 2 DAYS OF MOVING OUT!!! SMH
DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Not so good

The A/C during the summer doesn't work at all. We have paint chipping from the ceiling and with a baby that's really bad. I have one star for the cable and internet included in the rent, that is all nothing else is positive from this place.

Spacious, bodacious apartment

I love my apartment, It's a two bedroom two bath and adorable kitchen. I live by myself with my dog. It's very pet friendly. It's quite and comes with a swimming pool and jacuzzi. I can barbecue, which I love to entertain. This is apartment is very convenient it's close to my work where I have been for 8 years. Hence, I do not want to change. I'm so happy here. I have my family close by as well. This is my home. It comes with patio which if I want to garden I can. There is enough… landscape to do that. Comes with extra storage and walk in closet. I really do love this apartment. I can decorate it anyway I want. And the management is very helpful. So is the maintance. I get free cable and free internet. Which is great for me. While I'm trying to learn Spanish. Thank you. I hope you ll consider my apartment.
