REALLY, IT'S A DREAM COMPLEX

(1) Old but very clean and well maintained complex (2) El Paso owned. It's not an out of state corporate real estate property. (3) Residents are working class and responsible, mature residents. (4) The managers are very responsive to any problems. (5) Quiet and peaceful. (6) Apartments are all modern and upgraded (7) Internet and limited cable are included in the rent. (8) It's next to a park and near the mountain with a fairly good view of the city

EXCELLENT CENTRAL EL PASO COMPLEX.

This complex is a professionally well run establishment. It's clean, peaceful, quiet and very well maintained. Any maintenance problems are fixed almost immediately. In comparison to all other apartment complexes in central El Paso, Grandview should be considered the best. Also, it's location next to a park and close to local food stores and restaurants is a plus. Finally, the complex includes internet and limited cable in the rent.
