Maintenance requests are "assigned". They come, look at the issue, say they'll be back .. and close it as repaired when it is not.
Pets - watch where you step, there's poop everywhere.
Parking .. the fire lane is always blocked.
Gym - tiny, no bathroom. Claustrophobic.
Pool.. it was being repaired for most of the last 2 months - unusable.
Don't drive fast in the parking lot - there's weird giant humps at the entrance, and a very strange cement thing in the middle of a parking area.
Watch... out for the rain grates, they're broken and if you hit it wrong, tire damage.

Love my 2 bedroom super spacious, also love that my apartment comes with a reserved parking. Staff is always nice. Been living here for 3 years now and will continue to renew my lease.

My roof was leaking for a week their way of fixing the roof is cutting open fixing the leak and leaving a hole covered by cardboard. Now my back room smells like mold and I'm pretty sure it's making my dog sick.

the staff at High vista apartments are very resourceful, friendly and always ready to answer or help current renters or new renters.
the area is kept clean and the residents that live here respect noise levels and parking. I would recommend this apt complex to anyone that lives out of state or lives in town. the apartments have walk in closets and allot of space. plenty of animal (dog) owners live here, i always see them walking then in the morning and night-and yes, they do pick up there poo.
