La Plaza

Going on 3 years and i love the space inside the units. The apartments are peaceful and staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance are fast to fix the workorders.

Crappy apartments, cockroaches, barking dogs, leaky roofs.

I am a very, maybe TOO tolerant of a person, but this place needs to burn! When we lived here we had a rat problem, plumbing problems, our water bill (which was issued by the complex) was the highest water bill I've ever paid, water came through the ceiling busting it open (which I had to contact corporate about to get fixed since I had been calling maintenance for two weeks about), random bills left on our door that we're not right, soooo many miscommunications, and unprofessionalism, (most of… which was by an error on their part after I double checked), and never fixed anything in a timely manor! Now FOUR years later we are just finding out about an outstanding bill with them we were never notified about for a "final utility bill". Only found out about it because of a reference check for this previous address.. We also never received any of our deposit back, or a receipt to show the differences (which was bad on my part for not checking up on it), I called twice to give them our forwarding address twice when we moved out also..We have lived in many other complexes since then in El Paso and this one is by far the worst. La Plaza is an older appartment with some expected aging, however the staff is very cooperative in fixing any issues that arrive. I enjoy the quiet and layout of my appartment, feels like a home more than appartment. I have lived here for almost three years. Cons is limited guest parking.Pros assigned covered parking.
