love it

I love living and renting here! I don’t understand the negative reviews. I find the apartment is located in an amazing and safe community. The complex is clean and well maintained. Management was attentive and have addressed my concerns diligently. They answered all of my questions and made it enjoyable to live here.

Good communication

I lived at Moderno Village and honestly had a really good experince. Management was great and super easy to deal with, which I feel like is rare. Anytime I had a question or needed something they were quick to respond and helpful. The place itself is clean, quiet, and in a good spot. Overall I was happy living there.

Do Not Rent Here!

I have had a leak from the ceiling in my bedroom for over a year and a half. Every time it rains, it leaks. I told them there was mold and they didn't come to check or fix these major issues. I'm moving out and it's still leaking. They even have the apartment listed to be ready. They are scammers. The walls are super thin. You can hear your neighbors do and say everything including anyone outside. Couldn’t get a restful morning or night the entire time living here. The parking situation ia awful... . 3 visitor parking spaces for 35 units. Be careful, looks can be deceiving. Save yourself...go somewhere else.
