Great place to live!

Been living here a few weeks now. Love all the extra storage the apartments have! Stephanie was able to answer all my questions. The office staff has great customer service!

Great community

Office staff is amazing. Always knowledgeable when I have a question or concern. Maintenance team is always on time and available

This place is cursed

In the last 6 months, 3 fires, stabbing, car burglaries, and a person died in the pool. Once a dead cat was outside my door and they wouldn’t come get it because it was weekend and not an emergency. The units are old and staff at the office is very rude. I do not recommend this place.

Poor Management/High Prices

Don’t let the new paint job and new patios fool you, these apartments are old and run down in the inside. The upstairs bathrooms leak into the downstairs apartments when the neighbors run their bath, appliances are old and don’t work. One of our burners was out the moment we moved in. There is new management and they are worse than the ones before. Don’t waste your money, there are far more well kept apartments for the price.
