If I could include photos, I would. Submitted maintenance requests on November 4th for main bedroom door fallen off AGAIN. It has been "worked on" several times and all they do is just add more and more nails, now the door has completely fallen off. I have a preteen in the house and I have no privacy in my own room, not even while I'm trying to change. The tiles in the shower have fallen off and left me staring at a gaping hole, and yes bugs do come out of it. I was bathing my toddler last time… and more tiles started coming off when the water hit them and almost landed on her foot. The water fluctuates from scalding hot to freezing cold, how am I supposed to bathe my toddler in this? When I told the maintenance guy, he said, "at least you get hot water. My apartment doesn't even get hot water." I couldn't believe it. Parking has always been an issue, imagine getting home trying to manage groceries and a carseat while having to park 2 buildings away or down the hill. The apartment itself is decent. Read More

Is paying over priced your thing? Do you like cold showers or running your bill up because you have to let the hot water run awhile before getting a warm shower? Do you like your things stolen from your patio? Or clothes stolen from the laundry units? Do you like watching paint chips go down the drain while you shower? Or a dishwasher that only works half the time? What about your AC going out during the middle of summer? Or your heater going out during the winter? Its located in a great place. Very close to the outlet malls the cinema and great places to eat and 15mins away from Fort Bliss depending on traffic. But everything in the apartment is very out dated. when i first moved in my shower head was falling completely off. I've had multiple issues with my dishwasher and shower and my A/C. At least you can put in request online through their website but even that takes time to get fixed. Also none of the washers or dryers ever work they don't even… bother putting an "Out Of Service" sign so you end up losing your money on something that doesn't work. Right now the AC is currently down and it's unbearable hot. When its working it's awesome. The pools are good I like that it's 9 ft. The washers and dryers actually work here.
