Read your lease VERY carefully even with a lawyer if you have to. They will tell you one thing then use the lease as an excuse to not have to accommodate their wrongs. Pool is nasty, ants in home, make sure you completely disinfect every nook and cranny because it may not be clean. They recently fixed a few buildings so good for... you if you end up in the updated ones because some of us had very unprofessional and disgusting experiences that could have led to blood borne pathogens! I rented an apartment based on advertisement they had for a 1 bed 1 bath when I arrived it was extremely lower quality than the ad. Different flooring old appliances. I wouldn’t reccomend renting from here. Werent willing to give me the right apartment.

slow with responses, fails to provide proper support, doesn't provide solutions in timely manner.

I have lived at these apartments for five years and the staff here is awesome and the neighborhood is safe.

Manager is totally sweet maintenance is great. Parking is horrible though. Great starter apartment not far away from shopping and 18 mins from base.
