At first, Estrella presents itself as a friendly and welcoming, but in my experience, that impression quickly disappeared.

While I was away from my apartment, management entered my unit without notifying me or obtaining my permission. Instead of addressing my concerns when I reported what happened, they issued me a lease violation over a trivial matter that I believe was an attempt to justify their conduct and shift the blame. I love living here, the staff has been so helpful! The proprerty is very well kept and its super quiet

They have constant water issues and their is always dog poop all over the grass and side walk. Most importantly the electricity boxes outside are not locked and someone keeps turning off my lights and I tell management everyday and they have yet to lock the boxes or send letters telling people to stop!

Literal worse place to live. When I first moved in they were shampooing and cleaning the place while we were moving stuff in, after a week my brother started to get rashes from the carpet and asked them to shampoo it again which they fought us for but eventually did it. They would turn off the water and not let us know, even while we were in it. They never painted over the graffiti in the chimney and claimed it was us that did it and got charged for it once we left. The carpet also had dents and... felt like if you stepped on it the floor would collapse to the apartment below. The water heater also almost never worked. The AC wouldn’t work properly. On the westside it's very difficult to find a decent place to live for a low price but I absolutely love living here. the views are so pretty and quiet and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Even during the pandemic they have been so patient with everything and you can tell that they genuinely care
