Poorly managed, lots of noise, poor amenities
The solaria apartments promise luxury living, but there is nothing luxurious about these apartments. Cheap appliances, cheap flooring and poor build quality plagues these apartments. The "secure" door do not lock and the common areas are left unkept and dirty. Your best option is to save $400 - $500 by choosing to live at another community.

Expensive and full of bad experiences
This apartment complex is sold as exclusive and luxurious but the only thing your gonna get that fits into that description is the price.
You will be hearing absolutely everything your neighbors do, they where poorly build meaning they have no insulation whatsoever. If you have any maintenance issues, good luck with that as they might take over a month to take care of them. They don’t have personnel to take care of the building overall, so you’ll find it dirty in the outside and inside and the... doors to the building don’t even work properly.
