Fantastic place to live, will miss it!

The space you get for the price is phenomenal. You are next to 2 arterial highways and can be anywhere in El Paso within 20 minutes. The staff is professional and courteous and does a lot to make this small complex feel like a community. Only reason we left was to move into a family house. Great place to live!

Sad To Leave

I've lived here for over 4 years going on 5 and I'm so sad to be leaving but military life does that to you sometimes. I really hope that I find a place as great here. I tell Amanda all the time that you can never find another her. She's more then an office manager she's your shoulder to cry on, your person who will just listen to your problems, your best friend all while keeping it professional. Oscar is fantastic and tries so hard to make sure everyone is happy and serviced as quick as… possible. They have become my family while I've lived here so sad to leave but highley recommend summerstone to anyone looking for a new place.

Loved Every Minute

Lived here for about 2 years and I highly recommend them. It's peaceful, quiet and I never had any trouble living there. I only moved because I needed to be closer to work. Amanda was great and Oscar was such a pleasure everyday. If you need a place that's calm and you just want to be left alone, this is the place! Thank you Amanda and Oscar for everything you did for me. Miss you guys.

Nice Staff - Beautiful Property

Amanda the lady in the office is so nice and sweet. Came by to get info on an apartment and she was so nice. After a long day of getting rude people she really made my day.

Terrible Place to Live

Be very skeptical if you're looking st renting here. The entire community is a trash bin. The pool (if you can call it that) is so small you can barely fit 8-9 folks in there. Management changes the rules from month to month. The manager at this place is unprofessional and has no customer service skills. Cops are constantly here and there is no security. Lots of noise and manager will not deal with tenant issues. They've chznged management multiple times. Good luck finding parking especially on… the weekends. They don't have a laundry room and they don't provide washers and dryers. No gym either.
