not all utilities included

I came across this apartment through the utilities included search. Not all utilities are included. You pay for water, gas, electric on top of rent.

If you are selling your apartment for 1000 plus you need to have more pic of your apartment to make people want to come and get the apartment

Great Staff

I've been at these apartments for over 2 years and have had a great experience with this complex. The staff is nice, courteous and when I put in a work order they make sure they get it done as soon as possible. I would not go to any complex. The Bartlett Apartments Staff in El Paso, Tx is a great staff and know how to make the residents feel at home.

Bartlett apartments

I have live here for a year and four months, I have never have any big problems with the apartment and if we do, maintenance will take care of it in a matter of minutes. Management is awesome, they understand that things happen in life and they will try their best to help.
