Really this apartments are not good at maintaining there’s apartment well. First day I move in it need lots of things to be done when they told it was ready to move in but it wasn’t. I have to call so many times to repair,They don’t care about people. I don’t recommend this apartment. By the way pool always closed and gym is not worth paying some equipments don’t even work. These apartments are a decent square footage for the price you pay for rent, but everything else is so not worth the amount of time I've been here.
The parking lots is HORRIFIC! It's very small and very dangerous. Also, no matter what building you pass by there's ALWAYS someone smoking weed. I smell it every single day and the people just sit outside and smoke because no one says anything about it. Also there's a dumpster by our apartment building that smalls like some died in it. Pro: There are now bins outside to throw away trash after your dog. No bags included though. Two bedrooms are spacious compared to most places. Pets welcomed with a one-time fee. Nice view of golf course. There is a pool.

CON: Honestly, for what you pay here you could get a down payment on a home. The staff is always changing and it is a CHORE to get any work done on broken things. If you move in here please make notes of what needs to be fixed right away. Our toilet was only working because… of a rubber band. Otherwise, deposit will not be refunded. Keep copies of ALL documents or they may try and charge you for something you already paid. Make sure appliances are up to date. The updated apartments should have new blinds, carpet, fresh coat of paint, fake wood paneling on floors, and new counter tops. Counter tops are painted on so it will peel. Can't leave mop out to dry without getting a warning (yet their maintenance people can leave old carpet outside).There also needs to be more handicap parking spots. Read More

I love the apartment complex I live at its a community and my apartment is so cosy. The location is perfect I'm surrounded by stores and restaurants it's so perfect
