Trevino Place Apartments

We just signed our 3rd renewal and with good reason. Deniss and Daniel have gone above and beyond to ensure we are well taken care of. We love the parties and happy hour the staff does monthly as well!

I moved in when I first moved to El paso in October.we were to be notified of a 3 bedroom as we have 3 daughters . A few days later I discovered cockroaches. It took them 3 weeks to spray. the carpet is horrible. The maintenance takes for ever. The manager is to young she tells you what you want to here and never follows thru . Supposedly no kids are to be running around with out supervision but they do . My brand new car was scratched . It's now March they posted ads for a 3… bedroom but I was never called . I came to El Paso in Sept 15 because my Moms dr said she was about to pass away! I made clear I needed a place close to my mother who was right around the corner from here. when moved in I asked for two things: 1) a 6 month lease because on some sites this apt was listed with shorter terms, and 2) that if I couldn't get a three bedroom right away I would have the opportunity to move into one without it starting my lease (for whatever amount of time) over again. To my first request the Manager… said to me they didn't offer 6 month leases but all i have to pay is $500 something fee and it was not a big deal unlike some other places!
My Mom passed in November, I can't continue to live here around the corner from our family home, I'm still in mourning but I have to leave here now, my baby still asks to see his grandma.
I called and said i was sorry for short notice (30 days) but that my job approved my move and I would be happy to pay the fee and make sure the apt was perfect when i left! I even offered to clean carpets replace blinds and walk thru with her to make sure everything was ok! Manager cut me off over and over so i asked her why are you talking to me like this? She answered three times because I have a contract! I said you told me I could pay the fee! she said verbal agreements are not contracts(!). So its ok to lie to get people to sign a lease!
