Apts are very affordable but with that comes a lot of maintenance issues that are not address properly. The worst being the air conditioning system. I placed several request and always told it was just too hot to feel the air inside lol. Decided to move out after 2 years. Another issue I had is that kids are out late and most of the time playing up front , like where u Park, playing with soccer balls or football sorry but it’s annoying just to think they will hit ur car. Just to add on, over... the 2 yr spend there staff has changed every 4-5 months a new office personnel was there and of course the previous one never passed on ur issues or said something that the new person states is incorrect. Good luck moving in

valley place apartment
My apartment is a decent size but very hot. my air conditioner doesn't work ad its really hard to sleep.
