Poor Management.
Very disappointing experience with the management here. From the moment I started the move-in process, I had to constantly call and follow up on almost everything. Nothing was handled proactively, and simple requests took multiple reminders to get any response.
Communication is extremely poor. I was repeatedly given unclear or conflicting information, which made the entire move-in process stressful and unnecessarily complicated. It felt like I had to manage them instead of the other way around... .
On top of that, I was charged washer and dryer fees even though I didn’t install or use them for the first three months. When I brought this up, it took multiple follow-ups to even get an explanation, and the issue still wasn’t handled fairly.
For the amount of rent being charged, I expected basic professionalism and organized management, but unfortunately that was not the case. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values responsive and responsible property management.
