Floresville Square Apartments

To be built in 2007, it has horrible gray brown carpet and similar for the tile. The elec bill is expensive and they tack on a gas bill too. Hot water is a luxury. You won’t find much here. For my move in, I was asked to put it off so she could prepare well. I walked in, saw missing light bulbs, slightly broke ceiling fan, holes in the cement on each porch. My first night I did not have hot water. The mechanic seemed mad to ha e to come out after hours to fix a hot water heater he should have... tested before the move in or at the move out. I still have maybe 5 min of hot water, if you want to call it that. The apt manager does run your app. to tell you if you’re approved or not, so that is good. She however says she’s busy so often and does not want to hear much of what you have to say, and if she does, she’s always complaining that it’s hot outside of the office or maybe tell you, I’m sure you ha e other things to do.
