Just love it here!! I have been here 8 years now and love the fact that I get to enjoy a pool, GYM and don't have to worry about any maintenance the management takes care of all that for me. Its definitely worth the price you pay with everything that this place has to offer. I would absolutely recommend!!!

It’s ok due to the quality you get but in the middle of nowhere and only given a pool It should not be anything near what other properties are charging while they are closer to city life and other amenities in the complex. Office is very rude and doesn’t care about the complex. Just your rent. Can’t have tv here either. There is no cable service and the only channels you are allowed are the ones the complex gives. But if it’s not clear then you can’t do anything about It. Very nice apartments... but restrictions on everything. Would not recommend this place to anyone. To much of a headache and to many restrictions.

Hello. We make sure all of our residents know our cable situation ahead of time. Our service currently is 40 basic channels that we offer to all our residents at no cost. This is something that we are currently working on in order to get a better... alternative for cable service for all our residents to enjoy. Also, we do allow dish or DirecTV depending on the location of your home. If there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know! Thank you.

The grounds are well kept. i'm loving the fact the pool is open year round. i can't describe the maintenance is on point along with the manager. i'm going to enjoy it here definitely going to renew!!

They do not have a courtesy officer or any other controls to manage breach of pool hours or loud neighbors. People are at the pool at all hours carrying on, smoking weed, playing music etc., as late as after 2:30 in the morning. They don't follow their own procedures for renewal notices. They didn't address any of the issues I wrote up in the move in inspection report. There's dog poop on the grounds that doesn't get picked up. I would not live here again.
