The covered front porch is home to a dove that has nested there for years! Please do not disturb her; she won't harm you. She watches over the house.
Just inside the front door is a carpeted coat closet with extra room for storage. The room opens into the living area with porcelain tile floor, three windows, and ceiling fan/light. You will immediately notice the designer wall and cabinet colors, 10-foot vaulted ceilings, and crown molding throughout the downstairs.
Off of the living area is the main bedroom with vinyl plank flooring, two windows, vaulted ceiling, and ceiling fan/light. In the rest of the downstairs is the kitchen that features: new granite bar, stainless dishwasher, microwave and oven, garbage disposal. Custom-built lower cabinets in grey; new black, double-bowl sink; new black faucet with sprayer; new white subway tile backsplash; and stunning new granite countertops that bring it all together. Refrigerator included plus a large pantry.
Off of the kitchen is a carpeted linen closet next to the laundry room with all electric washer/dryer hookups. Then take the stairs to the second floor. At the top of the stairs is the HVAC air handler closet with a carpeted floor that can accommodate some storage.

The smallest bedroom is just right for use as an office, with one window, vinyl plank flooring, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan/light, and closet. The mid-size bedroom is similar but larger and features a half-moon window. Both bedroom windows have solar screens against the western sun.
Back downstairs, the garage is just outside the laundry room. Garage comes with an electric door opener and remote control. Recently painted, the garage has a good amount of elevated storage space in addition to the 1.5-car parking area. The water heater is new. (There is no attic storage, as the upstairs bedrooms are over the garage.)
Due to the triangle-shaped lot, the large backyard is “divided” into three areas. The privacy fencing is NOT contiguous in terms of keeping animals in or out of the yard. A private gate provides direct access to Cobblestone Trail Park (with playground) behind the property.
