I found the pleasant appointments to be very comfortable quiet I feel safe when I go out my front door to my parking spot they have granted me a handicap parking and I appreciate that I just like if they would go ahead on and come and put my apartment number on it so that I can have my parking spot but other than that the place is clean they fix things when I call them I have no problem at all getting in touch with any of the workers in the office they talk nice they always ready to help so I… love this place I just wished it they don't go up on the rent anymore because I am on a fixed income and I would love to stay at the rate that I am now but other than that this place is nice I found it to be very very nice love to stay here it will be a year of sun and I found this place to be a place that I would like to stay at. Thanks for everything Miss Frazier

new resident

I currently have to park on the opposite side of the property. When i was shown the apartment parking was right outside, however after i moved in I am no longer able to park near but instead have to park three blocks away. Also the office people could truly careless about the residents after the lease is signed. I just gave 500 for my move in, and explained i could not pay the entire rent payment due on the 1st Monday but could Friday the 5th and they told me " That's fine, you can just pay the… late charge." by the property manager. They claim to be a Christian company, but so far i have seen not a single Christian action from them. I have been here three days and think its time to start looking to move. Beautiful apartments, loud neighbors, lots of foot traffic in and out, i was told they had security i have yet to see them, tons of cars in and out always and every time i walk outside i smell pot in the air every time i walk outside.
