Dream Marine Creek

I’ve had a really good experience living at Dream Marine Creek. The property is in a great location and it’s easy to get to a lot of places around the area. The community itself stays pretty calm and it’s nice coming home to a place that feels comfortable and well taken care of.

One thing I’ve appreciated is how helpful the office team has been whenever I’ve had questions. They’ve always been respectful and willing to help, which makes a big difference when you live somewhere long term. Don’t be fooled by the “gated community” label. My catalytic converter was cut off my truck while on the property, and management refuses to close the security gates. There’s little to no real security here, and management doesn’t seem concerned. After experiencing a costly theft and seeing the lack of urgency from management, it’s clear that tenant security is not a priority. If safety and accountability matter to you, I would look elsewhere. Since living here I have received 3 30 phone calls... regarding a dog barking that wasn’t mine and my downstairs neighbors hearing footsteps. If those are the priorities of the apartment complex they need some serious help. Read More

We are so happy we chose Dream Marine Creek apartments as our next adventure. The facility is a great place to live with community events and great amenities. Our apartment is modern and cozy and the community is well kept. The grounds are well lite and secure at night. The jewel of all this is the staff. Bianca Tiffany and Jeremiah are also pleasant and eager to help with any and all questions or needs. Willie and Alex do a great job in the maintenance department with our request s as... well. I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. What I appreciate most is the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The grounds are always clean and well-kept, and my neighbors are all very respectful. The management and maintenance teams are also excellent—they are professional, responsive, and always address any issues promptly. It truly feels like a nice, safe, and comfortable place to call home.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by the elegant and functional design of this apartment. The open-concept living area feels incredibly spacious, and the large windows fill the entire space with natural light.

The natural beauty surrounding the community is incredible—I love waking up to the peaceful views every day.
