DONT MOVE HERE

Been living here for 3 years. I’m paying almost $300 dollars in fees ALONE!! Not even including my rent. Every other month it’s a new fee added. The management does NOTHING to help the tenants here. House is STILL ROACH INFESTED AND THEY DONT CARE!!!

BEWARE

PURE FILTH… The old management company used to have a porter that would pick up trash morning and even before he left ever since the tides have taken over there is tons of trash all around the outside horrible curb appeal this shows what they do and how they take care of their property as far as the people living here. Gunfire heard all hours of the night street racing and high crime drug dealing at the store next-door on the corner also drug deals at the laundromat which is next-door. Very very… high crime area shootings and that’s why the rent is so cheap.

Horrible

They don't care about nobody. It's roaches and bedbugs. I wouldn't recommend nobody to move here. They don't like to fix nothing. They do it when they're ready. They don't tell you everything you need to pay. They are too high plus water and lights and service for them doing it and trash. The mail man is horrible. And they will tow your car for no reason.
