AWFUL!!!
Horrible place. Drugs and prostitution. Elevator, A/C units in apartments broken for more than a month. Fillthy halls and trash rooms. No one cares.

Sierra Vista Senior Villas New Manager
Sierra Vista hired a new manager Jamie. Jamie is great. I love her because she is a go getter and get things done. She has no problem enforcing the rules and I love it. She does have an open door policy and she's a great mediator. She restored a friendship. She keeps the residents informed with emails and she is very prompt. All I can say is keep up the great work Jamie. Williams satisfy resident.

Great High rise Apartment
It's a new building and yes there is still some construction taking place, however,I am so grateful to the manager for going the extra mile to make my move effortlessly! The team in the office are very supportive and responsive; they have made me feel safe at home!

Sierra Vista Saved The Day!! Veterans are Welcome.
Sierra Vista stepped in when I needed them the most. I had a homeless episode. They worked with me and made sure that my move was a smooth, immediate transition and move in. Being a Veteran made happy to finally get somewhere I can call HOME!
The property manager Paula did everything she could to help me. She has been very helpful. All the residents say that she is very professional, polite and helpful. This is a great place to live.

Suspicious management
I called to make an appointment. The sales guy, Diandra (not sure of spelling) was supposed to send pictures and a brochure via text or email and HE NEVER REPLIED, even after I tried to call again to remind him. IN FACT, THAT PHONE NUMBER WAS 'NOT TAKING CALLS'. A friend and I drove by the property, and it is definitely newly built, but there is NOTHING but a BAD NEIGBHORHOOD around it. No place to walk to (no grocery store, no shops, no library, no bus line). I would definitely NOT rent there... now, because of how I was ignored after the initial call to them (week of May 1 - 7, 2021). There are BETTER, 'newly built' senior apartments in the same price range, based on how proactive the sales staff / management 'team' behaves. KEEP LOOKING.
