No major issues

Bad first. Only a trash container and no service on Friday/sat
Min. Maintenance right now
Some guest hit the gates and break them. But the office is alway fixing them

Good stuff
Lily is a rock star at the office and Beth takes of things well.
Pool area is nice.
Pretty quite area over all
Maintenance staff is professional

Neutral stuff- atmos is over priced for what it is

Nice apartment

My move in was smooth with no hassle. You can tell the new management is trying to better this community. I don’t know how it was before but hopefully with me being here a year work as planned

Overall I'm satisfied living here. It's an older complex with some needed repairs. I love the size of my apartment and the layout.
