Most people come to leave reviews to only complain. I wanted to just say that staff has been great! The ladies in the office and the guys who fixed my clogged sink!

The staff was very polite and helpful. The new manager is very knowledgeable and seemed very experienced. 5 Star review!

Staff is horrible. You have to guess who the manager is. They leave issues unresolved. They should be auditing because things don't add up

I expected to receive a deposit back but instead she took my deposit without my authorization and charged me for full cleaning ($195) carpet cleaning ($95) and ($100) of late fees from the rent being late the last month. I needed rental assistance for that final month and submitted my paper work to Tirza two months prior! Paper work never completed to get me approved get, which caused me to get denied and Tirza charged me ($100) in late fees from something they caused!!!!!! Right now my move out… statement is over $650 which I can't afford. Originally, over $750 but my deposit was applied towards the balance. Also, Tirza mentioned that my statement was sent to an old address! She thought I received it. Why would you send my confidential information to an third party?! Now my identity could be compromised and because she did not notify me that my statement was sent out, it could be a possibility my account could go to collections! She did not apologize for anything nor try to show empathy! She is an evil person and should be put in jail! You do not treat people that way! She is disgusting! This whole management is disgusting!
