Just put in my application for an apartment in this complex, and within one day I was approved. Can't believe how fast this process went. I have been very pleased with the leasing staff and management. Very communicative and easy to work with. Can't wait to move in!

Great apt, just the parking lot needs to be fixed. Very unsafe due to pot holes everywhere. Also, side gate is almost never open which leaves everyone trying to fit through the front entrance. Again, unsafe. The only thing I'm afraid of is my car getting side swiped due to trying to fit thru the drive way and the pot holes tearing up my wheel bearings...

When i first moved in they told me they would fix the parking lot in a few weeks but i have been here for almost a year and it's still not fixed.
My car has been broken into multiple times...
There are no gates to keep random people out.
I would constantly have random people knocking on my door at 5AM!
I usually work from 8-5:30 and anytime i wanted to pay my rent the office workers left early everyday so i had trouble paying my rent on time...
I have had to call security many times.
I am a 19... year old girl who lives alone.
I do not recommend these apartments to anyone.
I ended my lease early because random people started calling me by name when i walked up to my apartment. I have not talked to any of my neighbors at all the entire time i have been here.
The apartment it's self was ok. The price of the apartment was pretty cheap too.
The water was not sanitary at all. If you leave the sink running the water would turn from clear clean water to cloudy white water..

DO NOT MOVE HERE, IT IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE! We have been living here for over 5 years and they want to up the rent by $200? oh noo! we have had everything in our home from rats, beetles, cockroaches, and crickets! find something better than these low down apts. Don't let the new construction fool you, it is still infested with bugs inside!
