Management

Me and my mother recently applied for a 2 bedroom townhome. The process was very quick and they very helpful with any questions or concerns. We are excited about this new journey. The management was so nice and supportive through this process.

Worse place I've seen yet.

I witnessed my neighbor for 14 consecutive days call the office and get no answer, patrol is completely useless, there are loud, annoying teenagers that hang around other residents stairs(I'm sure their parents don't want to hear all this, so they apparently allow the to disrupt others), the bathroom ceiling leaks evertime the ac runs( its been 2 months and it still hasn't been fixed), got locked out the apartment a few months ago of course the 24 hrs maintenance never called back, had to pick... and change the lock ourselves, there was never a follow up. These people only want the rent money, they absolutely do not care about quality or safe living.
