A/C was not running We submitted a work-order in the tenant portal and maintenance showed up in 15 minutes. It was a simple fix involving a "float" valve that require suctioning out some algae with a shop-vac. Alex went above and beyond though by helping us to set the thermostat times we wanted for the temperature to be lowered for nighttime sleep. Excellent service personnel for this complex!

Noisy toilet, leaky kitchen sink Maintenance took care of problems! Toilet was little bit tricky—but several steps and problem was fixed!
