I have lived in apartments in Honolulu and Santa Barbara and I put this apartment building and their services equal to or superior to those places. The management and staff here are amazing. They make it what it is and that’s great. Since I’ve moved in the noise levels have decreased enormously with loud cars and people coming home late at night and not caring about neighbors.

1846 is home to me They really care about you here. I love love love my apartment, the amazing communication with management, the quick and helpful response of maintenance when something arises, and the safety of a gated community. Not all apartments have good management. We have excellent management. They are professional, timely, responsive, helpful, kind, welcoming, and they make1846 the great community that it is. Honestly, I would not want to live anywhere else.
