At first glance the apartments are lovely. Wonderful curb appeal. Terrific amenities. That is just the facade. Once you peel that layer away, there are the beautiful apartments, pool amd cluhouse. Above all though, the staff here..every one of them go above and beyond with genuine authenticity. You can't buy that. It is priceless.

I don't even know where to start. This staff is amazing. I love these people. Tony takes care of any and everything. The girls are always a very helpful delight. For personal reasons I have landed in my long term home after several in compound moves and I could mot be happier. I feel very fortunate to be a part of this community.

From the very beginning everyone has been so nice and welcoming! Moving here from over 8 hours away, they have made me feel like home and me and my son love our place! Thank you for everything you do for this community!

Many reservations about selling out and moving to an apartment as a widow at 78. Caring for a large home and acreage was daunting. After 6 years, enough was enough. Reliable, dependable help is more than difficult to find.
I made the biggest decision of my life. Regret that I didn’t do it immediately. Peace of mind is a gift. I have a garage, balcony and a storage room outside my door. 1846 is well managed and maintained with an exceptional staff. I love my stress-free life!
